Description: A saddle seat saddle is designed for the rider to sit farther back behind the horse's withers than in dressage or hunt seat. This allows high-stepping horses to move more freely through the shoulder without as much interference from the rider's weight. (Saddle seat saddles are more commonly black than brown, and would not be used with this type of pad.)
