Photomicrograph of a cryptorchid testis, the section stained with H&E. This testis was from a bull about 15 months of age. The other testis had decended normally into the scrotum, while the cryptorchid testis was located near the body wall above the scrotum. Diameter of the tubule in the center is about 0.06 mm. Note little or no evidence of cell divisions within the seminiferous tubules.
