When the grain hopper is full, the combine unloads the contents into a grain cart such as this one for wheat, or a truck. The grain is then transported to central storage, the bottom of the cart (visible in NAL #4946) opens to empty the contents into another hopper, and an auger elevates the grain into a storage bin.
