Description: On-off valves were conveniently located throughout this building to easily connect high pressure hot water to a power washer wand. Power washing with hot water quickly can remove dried excrement, and minimize exposure of pigs and workers to microbial contaminants in the environment. Workers should be trained for power washing, because the pressure and temperature of the water pose potential safety issues.
